What we do
Nine trades, one point of contact
Most bathroom and kitchen jobs stall in the gaps between trades. We handle the building and plastering ourselves and manage every other trade the job needs, so the programme is our problem to solve rather than yours.
Wet Rooms
A wet room is a waterproofing job with tiles on top. The tanking is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the room is still sound in ten years.

Accessible bathrooms
Adaptations, private and council-funded
Level-access wet rooms and adapted bathrooms for people whose current bathroom has stopped working for them.
We take on Disabled Facilities Grant and council-funded adaptations as well as private work, and we work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents, councils and commercial clients. Level-access formers, walk-in showers, grab rail provision and slip-resistant finishes, specified around the person rather than the catalogue.
If a grant application is in progress, we can quote to the scope the occupational therapist has set out.

Wet rooms done properly
A wet room is a waterproofing job with tiles on top. Get the tanking wrong and the failure shows up months later, in the ceiling below.
We build them the way they should be built: substrate checked and prepared, a level-access former set into the floor, the whole area tanked as a continuous membrane, falls set to a linear or centre drain, then tiled.

Site inspection
We look at the space, check what is behind the walls and under the floor, and talk through what is realistic.
Quotation
An itemised written price with the scope set out, so it is clear what is included and what is not.
Scheduling
A start date and a realistic duration, booked in and confirmed.
Installation
The work itself, carried out and managed by us across every trade the job needs.
Sign-off
We walk the finished room with you and put right anything you are not happy with before we leave.
Waste removal
Materials and waste taken away. The room is handed back usable, not nearly finished.
Paperwork
Relevant certificates and documentation handed over on completion.
